RETURN POLICY

The maximum time to submit your online return request is 14 days from the date of receipt of the initial order. In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code

You then have 14 days from the date of your exchange request to return the item you wish to exchange.

How to make a return?

6. State in the comments what you wish to do:

Refund

or

Exchange (in this case, please indicate the desired size). If the item is no longer available, we will proceed with a refund. (See exchange conditions details in FAQ).

7. Click on return the product.

8. Once your request is validated by our services (processing time of 12 to 48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. You can then go to your account, under "My returns", to download the return slip to print. This document must be placed inside your package.

9. Prepare your package:

- Place the items back in their original packaging

- Insert your return slip

10. Send the package to the following address:

Drop off your package at a post office and keep the stamped or printed proof of deposit carefully for up to 28 days.

Return costs are at your expense (see T&Cs).

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been received by our logistics team and after checking your item we will proceed with the exchange or refund within a maximum of 14 days.
