The maximum time to make your request for online exchange authorization is 14 days from the date of receipt of the initial order. In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code
You then have 14 days from the date of your exchange request to return the item you wish to exchange.
Items must be returned in new condition, never worn with the tag never detached, and in their original packaging.
The return costs are your responsibility (see T&Cs).
